After attending my first MATE training in 2014, I'm excited to make the Arizona Regional a reality! I started out my professional life as chemical engineer and worked in industry for 13 years. After a stint as a part-time preschool teacher and stay-at-home parent, I earned a masters in education which led me to teaching middle school science and engineering for 8 years. I started work with AZ Project WET in 2013 and have been providing teacher professional development and outreach education since then.
